Getting into retro gaming can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are loads of consoles to choose from, and if you did not grow up playing them, it can be hard to know where to start. But you do not need a massive collection or an expensive setup. One console and a few games you like the look of is more than enough.
The Nintendo Wii is one of the easiest places to start. Games like Wii Sports are simple to understand, and you do not have to be good at gaming to have fun with them. It is the sort of console you can bring out when friends or family are over, even if some of them have never held a controller before. You can play for ten minutes or end up spending the whole evening trying to beat everyone at bowling.

1. Nintendo Wii
